A collection of portraits of men and women in France in the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. Preceded by an "introduction that will include the main events that happened from Mèrovóe to Louis XII. VG (corners and edges dinged and bumped, light shelfwear to boards, pages have light age toning and some foxing spots as expected with age but text and plates are otherwise clear with tight binding.) .
